The death toll has risen in China after a suspected gas explosion rocked a restaurant in Liaoning province. At least four people have been killed and more than 40 are injured. Video from a car dashboard camera showed the moment it happened during morning rush hour. The blast ripped through a busy street in Shenyang, shattering windows and sending debris flying. Buildings and cars have been severely damaged.
