This book was extremely helpful for me and my bout with anxiety and worry. I intend on practicing the mindfulness meditations outlined in the book daily. The breathing technique has already proven effective when I get worked up or my anxiety kicks in. Daily practice is going to be the key for me. I look forward to more mindful and present thoughts ripe with peace and less worry.

I am from Germany so please don't kill me for mistakes. De cluttering your mind isn't my first book by Steve Scott so I already knew I can expect something good. He never fails to help me improving my life.

De cluttering your mind consists of 4 parts: thoughts, life obligations, relationships and surroundings. This is a perfect order to actually declutter successfully because only when your head is free you can tackle other obstacles. This book isn't just telling you that you should change something but it shows you strategies on how to do it. I havent had the time yet to try themy out yet but there are several strategies so everyone can find the right one and I know from previous books that they really work.

You aren't too lazy, busy or old to change your life. Just grab this book and get started. If I can do it, everyone can.

I found this a great guide for those of us with anxious minds, overwhelmed lives, and the yearnings of change to live free again. Sometimes, focusing on a book saying most of what you already know can help you see what will make the changes visible when your mind is clouded. Maybe your cloud is light and wispy version up high in the sky, but maybe it's a dense fog and you cannot see your way; I think this book is a great tool for any of us in said categories. It's cheap, a good read, very plain English, and unassuming. It gives many angles to strike from and allots you option to tackle things in YOUR way.
