Let's be real: Kourtney Kardashian always looks super fit—and she credits it to paying close attention to her diet and workout routine. But today, Kourt revealed that she's going back on one of her most tried-and-true diets: keto.

Yesterday, Kourtney shared an Instagram Story to mark the occassion. The photo shows her first meal on the new plan, which was a chef's salad with lettuce, sliced avocado, carrots, lean turkey and cheese. She captioned it "keto starts today..."

The reality star has also been open about the fact that healthy eating has been hard during quarantine, sharing during a Poosh live stream she ate "four cakes in two weeks."

When she posted a bikini photo and a fan asked if she was pregnant, she replied, "I gained a few pounds over this quarantine time, and I love my body and I’m proud of my shape and I’m obviously posting it and this is the shape of my body."
